I have been in the hotseat and I know how difficult it can be to govern and manage mission-focussed organisations well.

My professional experience is wide-ranging and spans the not-for-profit, private, and government sectors. I have worked as a consultant at McKinsey and Co., and as a director in the Victorian public service. I have co-founded and led a successful social enterprise. I have worked in academia and am a Rhodes Scholar with a doctorate in English from Oxford. I have volunteered in many different roles in community organisations, including Chair, Treasurer, and spokesperson. I am a member of the AICD.
